What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contact us for further information.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you check out our website

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

How to installate dicing blade on dicer?

Dicing machines are widely used in various meat products industry, like Sausage, ham, lunch meat, meatballs, salty, pet food, etc. The meat dicer is compact and has an optimised hygienic design. The shell and knife grid are made of stainless steel, and the knife with double edges has high working efficiency. The size of the diced meat is 3mm-30mm. It is equipment in food processing.

 

Replace dicing blade timely can extend dicing machine life, do you know how to replace and install dicing blade ?

 

1. Press the emergency stop button of the device to avoid safety problems.

2. Then find the screw on the top of the dicing blade and unscrew it with a tool. Usually there are two screws, remove them one by one.

3. When the screw is removed, the blade can be pulled out by hand. If the blade is too tight, it can be pulled out with pliers.

4. Press the new blade and tighten the screw.

5. After tightening the screw, try to pull it down by hand to check whether the screw is loose, and re-tighten it if it is loose, until it is securely fastened. It must be tightened when changing the dicer blade, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of cutting, and cause other problems.

1. After pushing the push rod, the cutter does not work.

Solution:

(1) Check whether the proximity switch is faulty or displaced.

(2) Check whether the door of the equipment is closed.

2. The putter does not push forward.

Solution:

(1) Check if the power cord is reversed, if so, replace the power cord and reconnect it.

(2) Open the back cover of the equipment and check whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient.

3. Cut the meat too long or too short.

Solution:

Adjust the speed push switch, slow to cut the meat short, fast to cut the meat long

 

How to maintain the dicing machine?

1. clean the machine after using, especially the places where the material passes. Keep the slicer machine clean.

2. check all the slicing blades and knives carefully after using, and check whether the comb knives are normal or damaged. Disassemble disc knives and cross-cut knives once a week (be careful when disassembling and avoid hurting your hands when using tools) and wash them properly. When the slicer is reassembled, the slicer needs to be maintained with non-toxic and odorless cooking oil, and the cutting shaft and cutter shaft need to be coated with cooking oil before installation.
