BAG HANDLE PUNCH
Description
Bag handle punches are used where the final bag appearance is visible to the customer. A poor punch can leave rough edges, hanging film, deformation or short service life. LIJIAN manufactures bag handle punches for plastic bag, shopping bag, pouch and flexible packaging production lines.
In our experience, handle punches should be specified together with the bag material and machine condition. Soft film, laminated film and thicker shopping bag material do not cut the same way. Punch shape, edge clearance and hardness need to match the material, otherwise the punch may either wear fast or damage the cut edge.

Material And Edge Options
LIJIAN can make straight, oval, kidney-shaped and custom punch profiles. Material options include tool steel and stainless steel depending on wear resistance and corrosion requirements. Coating and surface finish can be considered when sticking or cleaning is a concern.
Ordering Notes
Please send the punch drawing, sample or clear dimensions including length, width, radius, thickness, mounting holes and the bag material. If the current punch leaves burrs or does not release waste cleanly, photos of the cut result are very useful for improving the design.
