BAG PRODUCTION BLADE
Description
Bag production blades work in a fast, repetitive environment. The blade may be small, but it has to cut film cleanly without dragging, tearing or leaving connected points. LIJIAN supplies bag making machine knives for plastic bag, pouch, film and flexible packaging production lines.
For this category, we do not recommend choosing a blade only by material grade. Film thickness, laminated structure, temperature, line speed and holder condition all affect performance. A blade that is too hard may chip; a blade that is too soft may lose the edge quickly. The better choice is a balanced specification for the actual production line.

Material And Edge Options
LIJIAN can produce straight knives, toothed knives, punch blades and special profiles in stainless steel or tool steel. Edge angle, coating, hardness and surface finish can be adjusted according to the film and expected service life.

Please provide the blade drawing or sample, machine model, film material, line speed if known, thickness and mounting details. If you are trying to solve burrs, dragging or incomplete cuts, send photos of the cut edge. This helps us recommend a more useful blade specification.
