Description
MULTIVAC compatible packaging knives are precision wear parts used in food packaging lines. A replacement knife needs to fit the tool holder, cut the film cleanly and keep its edge under repeated cycles. If the blade is copied only by outside appearance, small details such as bevel direction, hole tolerance or edge finish may still cause downtime.
LIJIAN produces replacement knives for MULTIVAC style equipment from drawings, samples or confirmed dimensions. Our view is that the right knife should be selected around the packaging material and machine position. A rigid thermoforming film, soft top film and laminated pouch material may each need a different edge approach.

Material And Edge Options
We can supply stainless steel and tool steel options, with straight, serrated, angled or custom profiles. Where hygiene and cleaning are important, surface finish and corrosion resistance are considered together with edge life.
Ordering Notes
For accurate replacement, send the machine model, blade drawing or sample, film type, thickness, mounting hole dimensions and the packaging format. If the current knife wears too fast or cuts unevenly, describe the failure. That detail helps us improve the blade instead of only duplicating it.
