Description
LIJIAN circular saw blades are made for factories that need clean, repeatable cutting rather than a low-cost blade that only works for a short trial. In food equipment, packaging machines and converting lines, the blade is part of the production rhythm. If the tooth form, hardness or bore tolerance is slightly off, the result is vibration, rough edges, higher motor load and more downtime.
Our view is that a replacement circular saw blade should be specified from the working condition first. The material being cut, line speed, feed direction, required edge finish and cleaning environment all affect the final blade design. A blade for frozen food, plastic film, paper core or light metal parts should not be treated as the same product.

Material And Edge Options
Depending on the application, LIJIAN can supply stainless steel, high carbon steel, tool steel and other selected materials. Tooth profile, bevel angle, surface finish and coating can be adjusted according to wear resistance, hygiene requirements and cutting noise.
Ordering Notes
For accurate replacement, please provide a drawing, sample blade or key dimensions including outside diameter, bore, thickness, tooth count, tooth shape and mounting holes. Photos of the installed blade and the material being cut are also helpful. This makes the quotation more reliable and reduces trial-and-error at the customer site.
