SLEEVER BLADE
Description
Sleever blades are used in sleeve film and label sleeve packaging equipment, where the cut needs to stay clean at production speed. Film is easy to deform, so a blade that is simply sharp may still cause dragging, stretching or irregular edges if the bevel and material are not right.
LIJIAN manufactures replacement sleever blades for bottling, food packaging, consumer goods packaging and film converting lines. Our view is that sleever blades should be specified from the film and machine behavior. If the current blade leaves tails, creates dust or requires frequent adjustment, the issue may be edge geometry, not only material quality.

Material And Edge Options
LIJIAN can produce sleever blades in stainless steel or selected tool steel, with straight, pointed, angled or custom edge profiles. Hole positions, slots and blade thickness are made according to the machine holder to reduce installation adjustment.
