VC999® COMPATIBLE
Description
VC999 compatible knives are used in vacuum packaging lines where the film cut must be clean and repeatable. If the blade edge is not matched to the packaging material, the line may show incomplete cuts, film dragging, ragged edges or frequent adjustment. LIJIAN manufactures replacement knives for these positions with a focus on fit, edge life and stable cutting.
In food packaging, the knife is working in a practical environment: moisture, cleaning, different film layers and continuous cycle load. For this reason, material choice and surface finish matter. We normally review the film type, sealing condition and machine speed before confirming the blade design.

Material And Edge Options
Depending on the use, LIJIAN can supply stainless steel or tool steel blades with straight, serrated, angled or special cutting profiles. Mounting holes and slots are produced according to drawing or sample to reduce installation adjustment.
Ordering Notes
Please provide the VC999 machine model if available, blade drawing or sample, film type, blade thickness and hole positions. If the blade is causing film tearing or not cutting through, include photos of the failed cut. This makes it easier to tune the edge geometry for the real packaging line.
