Description
Tiromat, CFS and GEA compatible packaging knives are often used in demanding food packaging lines where the cut has to stay clean after many cycles. In this type of equipment, a small error in blade profile or hole position can cause film tearing, poor sealing edge, unstable trim or extra pressure on the tool holder.
LIJIAN manufactures replacement packaging knives by checking both the blade drawing and the packaging condition. Film type, tray size, cutting temperature, machine speed and cleaning chemicals can all influence the material and edge selection. Our recommendation is to treat these knives as precision wear parts, not generic stock blades.

Material And Edge Options
Available options include stainless steel and selected tool steels, with single bevel, double bevel, serrated or special edge profiles depending on the film and product. Surface finish can be adjusted where hygiene and easy cleaning are important.
Ordering Notes
Please provide the machine model, knife drawing or old sample, packaging film type, blade thickness, hole positions and cutting profile. If the current knife causes tearing or incomplete cutting, send photos of the cut edge. This helps us correct the working edge instead of simply copying a problem.
